To ensure a peaceful atmosphere in the Boutique Hotel, the minimum age for guests is 16 years.
Your reservation is only valid after payment of the full amount on account number Fintro BE38 1431 0900 5772.
Please also clearly state your name, room and the period.
Check in is possible between 4:30 and 7:00 pm.
Late check-in is possible on request (between 8:00 pm and 10:30 pm) and costs €50.
After 10:30 pm you can no longer be checked in.
Check-out is possible between 7:30 and 11:00 am.
In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival, or in case of No-Show 100% of the agreed price must be paid.
Breakfast between 8:30 and 10:00 am.
Please provide special requests for breakfast or request for departure or departure check-in by reservation. If possible, we will try to meet your request.
No pets allowed.
To allow you to enjoy our accommodation, the rooms and the environment even more, we only offer stays of a minimum of 2 nights.
We are closed on Sunday evenings, except on public holidays or for groups.
Some comments:
– The house is permanently ventilated, so please do not open windows
– The whole building is a no smoking area, there is a smoke detection system that can be activated
– Smoking is allowed under the covered terrace. If smoking is done in the room, a supplement of €100 must be paid for extra cleaning.
– Swimming pool heated during the summer months, open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Custom swimwear is required.
– It is not allowed to bring food or beverages, or to store in our refrigerators.

– Rental of recent electric bicycles at €45 per day – per bicycle, request when booking. (Only possible from 2 nights stay)
